Móng Cái int’l border gate welcomes first Chinese tourist group post-COVID

To bring them a safe and loving space, a retired doctor childcare specialist Đỗ Thúy Nga opened Hi Vọng (Hope) centre, a private school for children with special needs, 21 years ago. Now at the age of 80s, she is hoping to find someone to continue her work with love.
