Soul food for vegetarians
Tucked away in a small alley in Quán Sứ Street, Hà Nội, the modest food stand of Vũ Thị Hồng has served vegan noodles for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians for a decade. Making 60 to hundreds of bowls of vegan rice noodles per day, the owner says she wants to serve good food and encourage people to avoid killing animals.
