GP.Bank has a young, dynamic and experienced group of managers who have many experience in Banking management on internal and external financial and monetary market. 95% of the Bank’s staff are college graduates or holders of post graduate degrees in different fields.
Technology:
GP.Bank is one of the first two banks in Vietnam to use the T24 core banking software of Temenos, Switzerland that allows the Bank to offer online services, quick responses to customers’ inquiries as well as better service quality. This new Banking Technology (T24) is used by more than 400 banks and Financial Institutions worldwides.
This new technology allows the Bank to manage its customer data, develop new products and generate reports of its activities quickly and systematically.
With the goal of building GP.Bank as one of the banks with the most advance and up-to-date technology, the Bank has pulled together a group of talented programmers and network specialists to exploit it to the fullest extent possible.
